Processing and Shipping
Processing takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on postal service. Once the post office scans the package, we have no control over the arrival of the package. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. Please be aware that your candles can be affected by severe exposure to hot temperatures of 80 degrees or higher for long periods. However, to minimize the risks associated with shipping in hot weather, we will include ice packs with the shipment. These ice packs will typically control the temperature for up to two days.
Damages and issues
We know accidents can happen, and we are always happy to help get you a replacement or a solution as quickly as possible! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must report the damaged item within the first three days of receiving it. Otherwise, we won't be able to replace or issue a refund to you. Photos are extra helpful as well! Please include pictures of the items and the packaging, so we can best help you!
Refunds
While we understand that it can sometimes be tricky to order the perfect scent online, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to our products' nature. However, if you have questions about a scent, just let us know. We are more than happy to help make suggestions for you!
